Position/Title : Program Technical Support Staff (PTSS)/Assistant
Reporting to  : Program Implementation Officer (PIO) through the Senior Program Manager
.
Duration       : to 15th November 2012
Location       : Ministry of Finance, Dili, East Timor

I. Selection Criteria

1. A degree, diploma or trade certificate in Public Administration, Development Studies, International Relations, Economics, Financial Administration, Business Management or any other related field; and/or 
2. A High School Diploma with at least two (2) years work experience performing program and project management and related liaison support activities. Work experience in related field with service-oriented institutions, national and/or international NGO, would be an advantage.
3. Familiarity with systems and procedures observed by the Government would be an advantage.
4. Ability to write and produce simple but comprehensible activity reports.
5. Basic Portuguese and English language proficiency will be an advantage.
6. Computer literate including familiarity on the use of MS Word and Excel spreadsheet.
7. Knowledge and familiarity of basic office decorum.
8. Ability to organize and follow procedures and systems.
9. Strong initiative and motivation to achieve desired results.
10. Willingness to work cordially with other staff, both national and international, working within the Program.
11. Familiarity on the use and operation of other office equipment such as photocopy machine, fax, etc.
12. Willingness to work for extra hours, as will be required by the PIU-PFMCBP.
13. Ability to work and adjust in a constant changing work-environment.
